10 Minute Cranberry Sauce
This cranberry sauce can be made in 10 minutes and up to 3 days in advance. It is the perfect tangy complement to Thanksgiving turkey.
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 tsp orange zest
- pinch of Kosher salt
- pinch of cinnamon or one cinnamon stick
Pour all the ingredients into a large sauce pan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Cook for about 10 minutes or until most of the cranberries have popped.
Remove cinnamon stick and pour into serving dish.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to 3 days before serving.
