10 Minute Cranberry Sauce

This cranberry sauce can be made in 10 minutes and up to 3 days in advance. It is the perfect tangy complement to Thanksgiving turkey.

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • pinch of Kosher salt
  • pinch of cinnamon or one cinnamon stick


  • Pour all the ingredients into a large sauce pan.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes or until most of the cranberries have popped.
  • Remove cinnamon stick and pour into serving dish.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to 3 days before serving.
