Cinnamon Coconut Fruit Salad

This fresh, flavorful salad combines all the season's ripest fruit with a touch of cinnamon and coconut.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1 pear
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • Optional: mint for topping

Instructions
 

  • Dice and chop all fruit.
  • Combine fruit with other ingredients in large bowl.
  • Coat fruit thoroughly and let chill in the fridge.
  • Once cool, serve fruit topped with mint.
