These 10 minute french onion roast beef sandwiches may be low on time but they are high in flavor! They are great to serve for a casual gathering, game night, or amongst teenagers!

  • green bell pepper cut in slivers
  • medium onion cut in slivers
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 6 French sandwich rolls
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 16 oz sandwich sliced roast beef
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices provolone cheese halved
  • Optional: banana peppers


  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line cookie sheet with foil.
  • Saute bell pepper and onion in oil until soft and slightly charred, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat soup and worcestershire sauce in small sauce pan until boiling.
  • Reduce heat, add roast beef, heat through 1-2 minutes.
  • Open french rolls on cookie sheet and fill with roast beef mixture.
  • Divide veggies among sandwiches.
  • Top with two halves of provolone cheese.
  • Heat in oven until cheese melts.
  • Serve warm with reserved soup for dipping.
