  • 2 cups light parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp minced garlic


  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Thaw and drain spinach.
  • Mix together parmesan cheese, artichoke, and spinach.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
  • Serve with toasted bread, wheat crackers, or tortilla chips.
