Crockpot Pork Shoulder
Let the slow cooker do all the work in this easy recipe! This tender and juicy meat is perfect for shredded pork sandwiches.

- 1 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3-4 lb pork shoulder (butt) roast
Place the pork roast in a large Crockpot.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the marinade over the meat. Push it underneath and on all sides of the pork.
Cover a cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
When finished cooking, use two forks to shred the Crockpot pork shoulder. Leave it in it's juices until ready to serve.
Eat as is or serve inside rolls for sandwiches.
