Crockpot Pork Shoulder

Let the slow cooker do all the work in this easy recipe! This tender and juicy meat is perfect for shredded pork sandwiches.

  • Crockpot


  • 1 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3-4 lb pork shoulder (butt) roast


  • Place the pork roast in a large Crockpot.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl with a whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the marinade over the meat. Push it underneath and on all sides of the pork.
  • Cover a cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
  • When finished cooking, use two forks to shred the Crockpot pork shoulder. Leave it in it's juices until ready to serve.
  • Eat as is or serve inside rolls for sandwiches.
