Ingredients

  • 8 oz whipped topping 1 container, thawed but firm
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 graham cracker crust store-bought or homemade
  • 2 limes sliced, for decoration
  • 1 lime, zested optional, for extra lime flavor

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the whipped topping, condensed milk and lime juice (and zest, if using) until smooth.
  2. Pour into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  3. Freeze several hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
  4. Slice the limes and arrange on top just before serving.

Notes

Do not add the lime slices before freezing; they turn into green rocks. Let the pie sit a few minutes before slicing.
