Ingredients

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups honey graham cracker crumbs 1 packet / 9 full crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment, leaving at least 2 inches overhanging on two sides.
  2. Stir the graham crumbs and melted butter until they clump, then press evenly into the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, raisins, pecans, both chocolate chips and coconut. Stir in the condensed milk; it will be very sticky.
  4. Spread the mixture over the crust and level it with a spatula.
  5. Bake 25 minutes, until golden at the edges. Lift out with the parchment and cool completely on a rack; chill before cutting into 24 squares for cleaner bars.

Notes

Golden raisins are often in the produce or nut aisle. Chilling the bars before cutting helps them hold together.
