Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce or another hot sauce with a kick
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie works well
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Beat the cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken and spread into an 8x8 baking dish (or divide among ramekins).
  3. Top with the cheddar and green onions. Bake about 20 minutes, until bubbly.
  4. Crumble the blue cheese over the hot dip so it melts in slightly. Serve with veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.

Notes

Leftovers reheat well and make a great nacho topping.
