My favorite holiday (next in line to Christmas, of course) is the 4th of July! One of the best parts of this patriotic celebration is indulging in delicious desserts for 4th of July festivities. I love Independence Day for so many reasons, but most of all, I love celebrating our great country and the freedom we enjoy.
From hearing the Star-Spangled Banner and saluting the flag to watching parades and fireworks with my kids, it’s a day filled with excitement and gratitude. And, of course, no celebration is complete without great food. While I enjoy a good cookout, my sweet tooth always wins out, making dessert my favorite part of the day!
